She received her professional training from Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences (IHBAS), Delhi and completed her graduation and post-graduation from University of Delhi. She is a registered practitioner with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and has previously been associated with Manas Foundation. At present, she also works as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the Child Guidance Centre (CGC) at National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development (NIPCCD). She joined her hand to team UDGAM- A Mental Health Care & Rehabilitation Centre, Delhi as a co-founder. She has vast experience in working in out-patient, in-patient and community setups that has given her the opportunity to gain a broad perspective on human emotions and relationship dynamics. Since the beginning, she had a keen interest in working with adults and families and has been extensively working in providing her services to aid and promote their wellbeing. She is a compassionate and competent therapist who excels in dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD. She specializes in providing psychological therapies such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Relaxation Therapy, and Family Therapy and uses an eclectic approach to suit the needs of her clients.

Keeping in mind to serve the child & Adolescents population she joined her hand to team UDGAM- A Mental Health Care & Rehabilitation Centre, Delhi. She is proficient in Assessment of IQ and neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, Autism, Specific Learning Disability and other Behavioral and Emotional Difficulties issues, anger issues, anxiety and depression in children and specializes in providing psychological therapies such as Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Relaxation Therapy, Family Therapy and Parent training. She is also very enthusiastic about psycho social work and is experienced in organizing various social awareness camps, conducting workshops for patients with psychosis and their families and various School mental health programs.
She is proficient in English and Hindi. She has authored a book and edited several books. She has also written articles on mental health topics and is on the advisory pannel of prominent Hindi magazines. She completed her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru, India. She completed her Masters and Graduation in Psychology from Delhi University, India. She was working as a Clinical Psychologist for around 4 years while in India. She has experience of working in a hospital set-up with in-patient and out-patient services.
She recently relocated to Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada. She is a registered Clinical Counsellor with British Columbia Association for Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). Apart from working partly as a Clinical Counsellor, she also works as a Behaviour Consultant with individuals with developmental disorders. This has given her the opportunity to learn about relationship dynamics and societal systems in a different culture.
Mridul has interest in anxiety, mood and personality disorders. She is a very competent psychologist with experience with challenging Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder cases. Though Mridul has primarily worked with individuals for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with varied psychiatric disorders, she also has interest and experience in family therapy

She is a Cognitive Behavior Therapist. She is proficient in English and Hindi language. She is active in the field of mental health by providing her services at a hospital. She is a vivid blogger in the field of mental health to create awareness among people so that stigma towards mental illness gets reduced. She has provided her counseling services to various national and international athletes of badminton in Shining Stars Sports Club And Badminton Academy in Bahadurgarh. She has also conducted various talks in schools and in companies to help people deal with stress in day to day life.
He has also completed DLCAS, Hazelden Centre of Addiction Studies, MN, USA). He is approved by DAPPANZ and also qualifies for ACA Position OASAS (Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services) Albany, NY, USA.
He is working with The Kusnacht Practice, Switzerland, and Wilson Smith Recovery Services, Mumbai, promoting them among Indian clients & medical community. He had also worked with NavNirmaan Foundation Inc. Volunteer Counselor New York, USA, The Hope Foundation, New Delhi.
He has Joined UDGAM- A Mental Health Care & Rehabilitation Centre, Delhi as De-addiction counselor, Mindfulness and compassion focused Therapist. He is expert in the field of stress management and motivational strategies. He has good knowledge of general mental health conditions, effective Group- facilitation skills, management of alcohol and drug abuse persons. His treatment approach ranges across eclectic, humanistic, family therapy and existential types.
He has authored a book titled “A Pathway to addiction recovery” which is a guide for families of addicts, who are the main pillars for the recovery of any addict. The book helps understand the sensitivities of addiction and the best possible options to aid recovery. It helps them empathize with the addict and makes them gentler in handling the situation in a peaceful and detached way.
She has received her clinical training from Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP) Ranchi and completed masters from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. She also has experience working with underaged law offenders while working with Manas Foundation for a year. At present she is pursuing her Doctoral degree from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore and is also a part of the Udgam team as a co-founder. She was worked closely with child and adolescent cases, especially with ADHD and has also conducted trainings for parents of ADHD children. She has keen interest in areas of internet addiction, parent training, mindfulness, play therapy, web based psychological practices and research.
